Return Policy

EyeOnJewels is a marketplace where independent stores and retailers sell products carried by them. The return policy of every product you purchase will be according to the return policy of the store which is available on the store profile page and product detail page of products listed by that store. 

EyeOnJewels also adds an additional level of quality control to every purchase and if there is ever a valid case of dishonest or misleading communication or expectations set by the store we will honor the claim. These instances are unique and will have to be evaluated individually by EyeONJewels but you can rest assured that we will do our best to make sure every transaction is honest and fair. 

In case of precious stones and metals, any returns will have to be verified as original before return claims will be honored and there may be a validation fee or re-stocking feed depending on the specific product. Please ask the store or EyeOnJewels if you have any questions before you make a purchase.
