All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. The returned product will be inspected for authenticity and condition and if it matches the initially sold item a refund will be issued.
