Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. International shipping may be accepted on on a case-by-case basis and the costs will be different, please inquire for more information..

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided on products returned in exact same condition as shipped and matching authenticity within 30 days. A customer service ticket needs to be opened by customer explaining the problem with the order or the products.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. The returned product will be inspected for authenticity and condition and if it matches the initially sold item a refund will be issued. If there are issues in the returned product we will contact you to go over specific details.

Pre Owned Policy

A pre-owned product that was inspected and tested to work and look like as specified in the images and description provided on each individual item. The products may be packaged in a generic box and come with relevant packaging and information regarding the purchase.
