The EyeOnJewels Buyer Protection Policy allows Buyers of products on EyeOnJewels.com to request a refund if:
1) You didn't receive your order.
2) The product arrives damaged or different than described on the listing (example: the condition isn't accurate).
3) The seller or merchant doesn't follow their stated refund policy.
The Buyer Protection mechanism (and Seller protection) is on top of our priority list to be the best jewelry marketplace, and to continue serving our customers with some of their most important purchases.
If we approve your Purchase Protection Claim, you'll get a refund for the full purchase price of the product and any shipping costs.

Guaranteed Authenticity
One of the key challenges for consumer purchasing from jewelry from "anyone" is the authenticity of the product presented. Most consumers are not certified gemologists so how does one know if the product see is of the accurate description and value.
Gold & Silver
Some jewelry items are easier to inspect and find the value of such as the metals used. For example, the price for Gold and Silver are publicly known and the weight can easily be measured, and the carat measures with a simple chemical test. In these cases it's much more straightforward to find the value of that part of the product.
Gemstone & Diamongs
The major challenge is for rare stones, specially Diamonds. (Did you know taht a diamond's cut affect it's value by more than 50%?) In the case of Diamonds and other rare earth (or man made) stones the valuation and detection of quality and authenticity is much more nuanced and complex needing the services of specialists
Every jewelry store listing products for sale on EyeOnJewels.com will have at minimum One Certified Gemologist on staff to evaluate the products they list as well as provide assessment of value. RETAILER QUALITY
We take the guesswork out of choosing the right stores for shoppers with our Seller due diligence process. Before being listed on EyeOnJewels, stores must meet a strict set of quality guidelines. We endorse each store individually, on a case-by-case basis, and regularly monitor them to guarantee only the highest quality products end up in your hands.
Store reviews
Shoppers will also have the ability to rate and review every store, according to the EyeOnJewels Review Policies. Approved reviews will be posted on every store profile and in other locations as designed by EyeOnJewels and may result in disciplinary action against the Store if found to break our rules of conduct and business.
