Responsible Jewellery Council boss quits

The Responsible Jewellery Council has announced the resignation of its executive officer Andrew Bone The RJC has commenced its search for a successor and stated it was "Grateful" for Bone, who oversaw the doubling of its membership under his leadership RJC chair David Bouffard also reflected on Bone's achievements.

"We are grateful for Andrew's leadership at the RJC in supporting the continuous improvement in the integrity of the global jewellery supply chain," Bouffard said "His vision has further established the RJC as the standards and certification organisation for the global jewellery industry The board offers our sincere thanks to Andrew for his commitment and service," he added.
