Executives from various sectors of the gem and jewellery industry assembled in Cambridge, Mass., last month to hone their leadership skills From June 25 to 28, the Gemological Institute of America continued its annual tradition of bringing decision-makers to Harvard Business School to participate in its global leadership program This year's program carried the theme, 'Unleashing the Power of People: Genuine Leadership.
