Diamond Diploma graduates acquire the technical expertise needed to grade, buy, and sell diamonds with the insight of a seasoned jewelry professional. They learn GIA’s diamond grading procedures and develop skills in assessing the color, clarity, cut, and carat weight of diamonds. In addition, the learn to determine proportions, create plotting diagrams, and examine diamonds professionally.
